Thursday, 6. January
Rust and C++ Cardiff – [Online] Rust Book Study Session. These sessions will be most useful if attendees can work through the chapters prior to the event, but whether you’ve had time to look at the chapters or not, all are welcome! The sessions are a chance to swap notes, ask questions and discuss any key points.

C++ User Group Aachen – [Online] The C++ user meeting is intended to offer interested parties an opportunity to meet like-minded people and to discuss current problems, developments and ideas around C++ with them, and to build a network around the programming language C++. In addition, the lectures should be able to expand knowledge of and about C++.

Software Engineering Community – [Online] Lisa Moritz talks about “Sketchnotes in der IT”. In this lecture you will see how you integrate sketchnotes into your everyday work as a techie and what advantages they have for you. You will learn what sketch notes are, how you can use them for your purposes and how they ensure that you can finally remember the important things. So that you can go home with all the important tools, we will draw together, step by step, some symbols that are often used in software development and architecture.
